For Module 3, I sampled Glogster and Animoto. On glogster, after looking at the samples, I decided to just make a simple glog highlighting some of my favorite things. I linked to some sites to learn more about the things I pictured. I can definitely see how this could be a fun and useful tool for librarians, teachers, and students - especially when there is a cohesive purpose and theme. On Animoto, I threw some pictures of my cats together, picked one of the songs from their library, and instantly had a video! The 30-second free version is very cool, but I think if I were telling a real story I would want to pay the subscription fee to have an unlimited timed video.
